Operations Team Member

About Us: We are a leading tourist experience application, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and proactive Operations Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, handling purchases, managing service calls, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process purchase orders for various tourist services.
  • Manage and coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Make calls to service providers to confirm bookings and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Communicate directly with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and operations-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
  • Work in flexible hours to meet the demands of the operations department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in customer service or operations is highly desirable.
  • No travel limitations; must be able to attend meetings as required.
  • Male candidates should not have any ongoing military service obligations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, especially in operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and operations management tools.
  • Basic understanding of purchase order processing and vendor management.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize guest satisfaction and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Team-oriented, solution-focused, and open to taking on responsibility.
